We also host employee engagement workshops (employee fun, special events, education, safety/wellness) and events like picnics, a winter party, Day at the Zoo and Minor League Baseball games. Team members are recognized by their peers through our STARS program and we recognize members for length of service. During the holiday season, we get into the spirit by having management cook and serve food to employees and distribute gift cards to show our appreciation for hard work done throughout the year.
