We assure service is delivered from the point you pick up the phone until the time your request is completed. Whether it is a request for transportation service, request for education, request for a partner in a shared interest, anything, we strive to assure we deliver the highest quality service possible with one goal in mind. That goal is to improve the patient outcomes in the communities we serve resulting in superior satisfaction.
One of the many ways our company sets itself apart is through community involvement and community commitment. We are here to serve and assist in multiple ways in improving the healthcare of the residents in the communities we serve. Whether it is providing pre-arrival instructions (EMD) for 911 situations, transporting emergent critically-ill patients, non-emergent, wheelchair bound and ambulatory patients, providing healthcare screenings at community events, ambulances for health fairs and special events, providing CPR instruction to the public in attempt to increase survival rates along with education on many other topics including instructor certification, even reading to elementary children at the local schools to help the next generation in development, one question is always asked first: Will this help better the communities we serve, the residents that live in them and improve patient outcomes?
